Deliveries

UK orders

We use Royal Mail post or parcel delivery to despatch most items for delivery, depending on the size and weight of the item. All shipping costs are based on weight of the individual item you order.

Once despatched, most items should take between 1 and 5 working days to be delivered.

Europe and International orders

We use Royal Mail's airmail service to post overseas. This can take from 3 days to 12 days.

There is a surface mail service for international (not European) deliveries, which can be up to 50% cheaper than by air but takes much longer, possibly 6 to 12 weeks. Please email your proposed order for a surface mail price.

There may be local duty and/or taxes payable on goods delivered outside the UK. National Museums Liverpool online shop is not responsible for paying these charges and they are not included in your payment to us.

Large orders

If you would like to order a large number of items, it may be worth contacting us directly to enquire about shipping costs.
